Our minimum advance booking is two nights. However, minimum advance bookings over Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday weekends is three nights.
A £100 deposit is required within 24 hours of your reservation in order to secure your booking. The balance due six weeks before the first day your holiday.
If the booking you make to stay with us is within six weeks, then payment would be required in full.
We reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you if you fail to make the balance payment due to us in full and on time.

We will require a full postal address and contact number at the time of booking please.
Arrival & Departure
Access to the apartment on the day of arrival is from 4pm onwards.
However, please speak with us as access can sometimes be earlier. As the hosts are not always on site, please let us know what time you will be arriving so we can welcome you.
We ask that the apartment (and the parking space if reserved) are vacated by 10.00am.
Deposits and balance payments can be paid either by BACS (details will be provided on request) or by cheque sent to the postal address above.

If You Cancel Your Booking
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us straight away. Should we be able to re-book the accommodation we will refund any payments received from you. If we are unable to re-book the accommodation, we can transfer your booking to another time without charge otherwise we reserve the right to retain all payments received by you.
If We Cancel Your Booking
In the unlikely event we need to cancel your booking due to an unforeseen circumstance, any deposits or balance payments made by you will be returned to you in full.
